To book an appointment online, you will be asked to save a credit card to your account. If you are unable to provide a credit card in order to secure an appointment, please call 604-742-0111 or email reception@maverick-collective.ca.

The purposes of collecting this information include: to serve as a confirmation of your reserved appointment time, to expedite your check-out process, and to bill for missed appointments and late cancellations.

In the event of a missed appointment or late cancellation, the card on file will be charged for the full appointment fee by the end of the business day.

PLEASE NOTE!!! If it has been six months or longer since your last appointment at Back2Health or with Dr. Horsting, please book a 30-minute (or longer) Chiropractic Re-Examination Visit. Once you book your re-examination visit, a link will be sent to your email to update your health information prior to your appointment. Thank you!

Dr. Horsting is certified by both the Canadian and American chiropractic governing bodies, and wholeheartedly embraces the concept of life-long learning. She is currently certified by Active Release Techniques® (ART®) and the Academy Council of Chiropractic Pediatrics, which includes training in the Webster Technique.

Elsie graduated from Vancouver College of Massage Therapy in December of 2021. With a background in various manual labor jobs and a personal commitment to using daily movement as a strategy for mental wellness, she has gained an understanding of the intrinsic link between physical and mental health. She believes in the importance of providing safe, non-judgmental, and attentive care to others as they navigate through the complexities of the human body and mind.

She integrates a variety of therapeutic techniques into a fluid, calming and thorough treatment and is able to adapt her techniques and depth in the moment, ensuring that each client receives a treatment that aligns with their specific needs and goals. Whether that means finding relief from physical discomfort, postural imbalances, stress reduction, or specific injuries.

In her free time, Elsie enjoys running, cycling and various creative outlets. She is looking forward to expanding her knowledge in massage therapy with further educational courses.
